Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials and components are inspected upon arrival against approved specifications. Battery cells are individually tested for capacity and internal resistance.

In-Process Quality Control

Continuous monitoring at each production stage. SMT lines use automated optical inspection (AOI). Assembly stations have visual aids and error-proofing fixtures.

Final Product Testing

100% final inspection of every unit before packaging. Electrical safety, thermal performance, and cosmetic inspection are all mandatory.
