Dedicated battery pack assembly line with cell matching, spot welding, and BMS integration. UN38.3 certified for international air transport.

In-house testing lab with aging chambers, electrical safety testers, and thermal imaging equipment. 100% final inspection before shipment.

4-Stage Quality Control System
Our quality management system follows ISO 9001 principles with additional industry-specific requirements for lithium battery products.
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials and components are inspected upon arrival against approved specifications. Battery cells are individually tested for capacity and internal resistance.
In-Process Quality Control
Continuous monitoring at each production stage. SMT lines use automated optical inspection (AOI). Assembly stations have visual aids and error-proofing fixtures.
Final Product Testing
100% final inspection of every unit before packaging. Electrical safety, thermal performance, and cosmetic inspection are all mandatory.
Aging & Reliability Testing
Sample testing from each production batch to verify long-term reliability. Our 300-cycle aging standard is the most rigorous in the industry.
